Gartner Blog Shows Pain of Supplier ERP Integration

Posted by on November 16, 2009

Gartner analyst Debbie Wilson posted an interesting blog last week that brings to the surface a growing issue with ERP applications — lack of interoperability. Suppliers want to work seamlessly with all of their customers on the buy side of the house, but trying to do so amid the multiple applications, standards and formats is challenging at best. We have been hearing this pain and helpign suppliers solve it for years!

Wilson mentions Hubspan in this blog as “jumping into the space.”  Actually, providing seamless integration across suppliers and customers is a core part of our business. Whether it’s integration across a b2b eCommerce solution, like what we do with Barnes & Noble.com; or more basic e-invoicing exchange or purchase order integration, Hubspan enables all suppliers and buyers to work within their native systems and standards they prefer. Hubspan manages the mediation, translation, choreography and business rules needed to make that happen. And as a cloud-based platform delivered as SaaS, you need no hardware, software or expertise on premise.
