Ariba Partners with Hubspan for Cloud Commerce Integration

Earlier today, Hubspan and Ariba announced their partnership that brings together the Hubspan Integration Cloud Platform with the Ariba Commerce Cloud. The end result is end-to-end seamless eBusiness for suppliers and buyers. The two solutions working together make it easier for companies of all sizes to extend ERP systems and related business processes to the cloud for overall online commerce.
Specifically, the Hubspan cloud integration platform will power integration services for the Ariba Commerce Cloud, providing ease of connectivity and broad interoperability. Initially, Hubspan will power integration services for the Ariba Network, the world’s largest trading community, with other Ariba cloud solutions to follow. At launch, we are providing five solutions for the Ariba Network, including:
- Purchase Order Connector: Enables purchase order exchanges, as well as other messages such as purchase order acknowledgments and shipping and delivery notices, in a secure environment.
- Invoice Connector: Provides electronic exchange of invoices, as well as other invoice-related documents across systems, applications and enterprises.
- Punchout Connector: Offers a direct connection from a buyer’s procurement system to a supplier’s online store and catalog on the Ariba Network.
- Price & Availability Connector: Enables a buyer community to access up-to-date pricing and availability information directly from supplier catalogs on the Ariba Network.
- Catalog Management Connector: Allows suppliers to automatically manage the catalog upload process for buyers on the Ariba Network.
This partnership makes sense for both companies and our customers.
