According to the results, nearly 90 percent of both customers and their trading partners would highly recommend Hubspan to others. In addition:
- More than 90 percent rated Hubspan as critical or very critical to their business.
- More than 90 percent indicated that their business goals were met or exceeded with the support of Hubspan.
- More than 95 percent were very satisfied with Hubspan’s performance and reliability.
Respondents identified that Hubspan’s on-demand integration solution was quick to deploy and easy to manage. The survey also revealed that Hubspan’s client support is very responsive and provides seamless coordination with customers. Overall, customers perceived Hubspan as a valued partner that provides high-quality business connections and service support.
