Hubspan Drawing for Computer User Survey

Overview

Hubspan is conducting a Computer User Survey.  As part of the survey, Hubspan will be gathering the names and contact information of all people who complete and register for the survey. One name will be randomly drawn from all registrants (for whom we have information) to receive a new, complimentary Flip MinoHD camcorder.  The following Drawing Rules and Regulations must be satisfied before a Registrant is entitled to receive the Flip.

Drawing Rules and Regulations

• No entry fee, payment or purchase is required.
• Must be 18 years or older to enter and be eligible to win the prize.
• Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
• Only one entry per person and per email address.
• Hubspan reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason.
• Odds of winning depend upon the number of qualified submissions received.
• Entrants must complete the survey by September 10, 2010 by 8pm pacific, and submit at least their full name and email address to be eligible to win.  
• A random drawing with the names of all qualified Entrants will be held on September 15, 2010, to determine a winner.
• The winner will be notified by email based on the email address provided in the survey registration, no later than September 17, 2010. The prize will be awarded by September 24, 2010, as long as the winner has provided Hubspan with a valid mailing address and phone number by that date.
• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Winner is responsible for all taxes and local regulations.
• Winner must meet eligibility requirements listed in these cotest rules and regulations and as determined by Hubspan Inc.
• Employees, principals and their immediate families from Hubspan Inc., are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants agree that Hubspan Inc, its partners, participating sponsors, their affiliates, officers, directors, agents and their employees shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries.
• By providing valid contact information to Hubspan, entrants accept these rules and agree to be bound by the results of the prize drawing. All decisions made by Hubspan are final.  
• Flip model is subject to availability and may differ from photos shown on in promotional materials. The approximate retail value of the prize is US$200.00.  
• In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Hubspan Inc and its agents and employees from any liability arising from damages, injuries, or losses of any kind which may arise from the possession, use or misuse of the prize.
• Hubspan reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time. If terminated, a notice will be posted on http://www.hubspan.com/community/events/.
• Hubspan respects the privacy of all entrants and will not share any entrant information or email lists with any third parties unless required by law.
