Hubspan Wins Top 100 Slot for Washington's Best Companies
Posted by Margaret Dawson on June 18, 2010
Last night at the Westin in Seattle, members of the Hubspan team gathered wtih hundreds of other Washington employees for the annual ”Washington’s 100 Best Companies to Work For” awards ceremony sponsored by Seattle Business Monthly magazine. Good food, drink and conversation were only eclipsed by the energy in the room and the beautiful crystal award we took home. This is the first time Hubspan applied for this award, so we were thrilled to come in 39th among the thousands of entries.
While many companies claim to have a great culture, Hubspan truly is a great place to work. We spend more time at work than we do with our families and friends, so the people have to be fun to work with. But I think what separates Hubspan is the opportunity for every single person to make an impact on the business and our customers, and the transparency our CEO provides around our financial performance and key metrics. Since I came here, I have said that Hubspan is the best of two worlds: small enough to still have that entrepreneurial environment but big enough to have a strong customer base, proven technology and money in the bank.
I am so proud of the company, but even more so of all the employees who made this award possible.

It is true, Hubspan really is the best of both worlds and that is one of the reason I sought to work here 3 + years ago. The reason I stayed, the people and the challenging work we do here. I am very proud to say I work at Hubspan and truly feel supported by some of the smartest people I have ever had the privilege to work with.
