Hubspan Launches Image Rendering Product for Secure Invoicing

We have written many times about our focus on the customer here at Hubspan. Typically, we align this to the imperative around customer integration and how making it easier for your customers to do business with you and collaborating more closely with them leads to a strong return. Today, however, our focus on the customer led us to launching a new product.
We were hearing from our customers increased requirements around electronic invoicing, and specifically the need to manage attachments with those invoices and to create a secure image of a digital invoice that can be read, printed, archived, etc. In many cases, the driver was compliance or an internal or governmental regulation to archive copies of invoices for a certain period of time. But customers also needed to send a PDF copy of an electronic invoice to another division, company or audit organization.
Withcustomer feedback in mind, today we announced an add-on product to our integration solutions that automatically renders PDF images of electronic invoices during the B2B integration process. Webspan SnapShot™ service for invoice enables Hubspan customers to simultaneously send standard electronic invoices through the Hubspan B2B cloud while automatically generating a PDF image of the invoice for easy printing, emailing, storage/archival, and compliance purposes with no manual intervention.
We already have customers using this product. And you can expect us to launch additional products around imaging and attachment management in the near future.
