You can feel it, can’t you? That nip in the air, your commute to work takes a little bit longer, everyone is back from vacation and school is in full gear. It’s official: Fall has arrived! And Hubspan is gearing up to finish 2011 strong with a record number of new customers and partners, and a series of product launches. We just wrapped up a new survey on cloud security, released SnapShot for Invoice for image rendering during integration processes, and are hitting the road with NetSuite and Ariba for a series of conferences. And we continue to invite industry experts to share their viewpoint and insights on our Hubbub blog.

Product Highlight: Webspan SnapShot™ service for invoice

Hubspan is proud to announce a new add-on product that dynamically renders invoice images during the integration process. Webspan SnapShot™ service for invoice enables you to simultaneously send standard electronic invoices via the Hubspan B2B cloud and have that invoice automatically rendered into a PDF image. Both the electronic message and PDF are delivered to the intended recipient.  This product came from customer requests and market trends to include images of invoices for storage, compliance and archival purposes.

Upcoming Events: NetSuite Executive Briefing Series for WD & Manufacturing

If you are an executive in the Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing sectors, we invite you to attend one of three NetSuite Executive Briefings to be held in Cleveland, Chicago and Memphis during the month of November. You will hear industry expert John R. Dougherty give a keynote presentation on “Management Processes That Pay Off” and hear about the latest solutions and processes designed to help WD and manufacturing companies achieve greater operational efficiency and supply chain optimization. Hubspan, a strategic NetSuite partner, is one of the sponsors.

Featured Blog: Disputing the Myths of Cloud Downtime

Jim Reavis, President of Reavis Consulting and the head of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), wrote in his recent blog series that the recent downtime of some high-profile cloud applications is highly exaggerated. While no cloud platform can be expected to be up 100% of the time, the noise created within the blogosphere and social media can drown out good practices and solutions to these types of incidents.
