Hubspan and NetSuite Partner for Cloud-to-Cloud B2B Integration

Earlier today, we announced a new partnership with leading SaaS application provider, NetSuite. With our new joint integration packages, NetSuite customers can extend their business processes across the Hubspan B2B cloud to customers and partners. Our initial solution focuses on eProcurement processes, including purchase order, invoice, acknowledgements and other related message exchange. Expect more joint solutions to come.
And while we were not able to announce this in the news release, the NetSuite-Hubspan team recently closed their first joint customer, with implementation already under way. This customer is in the wholesale distribution industry, a sector in which both companies have strong experience, so a great fit.
NetSuite VP Guido Haarmans said “this integration solution is a natural fit for NetSuite customers . . now the NetSuite user is operating beyond the confines of the enterprise, out to suppliers and customers, and not having to worry about translating files or maintaining security.”
This is one more proof point how companies of all sizes need to collaborate more and exchange information with external partners and customers. In the past, many of these companies might have turned to an EDI VAN, but with investments in cloud applications and large ERP systems, businesses not surprisingly want to extend existing infrastructure and work from their own business rules, work flows and data formats. Using a cloud integration platform provides that complete interoperability and mediation across all applications, systems and formats.
NetSuite is one of several strategic partnerships for Hubspan, as we deliver on our vision to become the global standard cloud integration platform. While B2B integration is often a standalone challenge for companies, it is increasingly being consumed as part of a broader solution, such as ERP systems or business process platforms.
