Hubspan and IBM Partner MMPC Team-Up for Cloud B2B Integration

IBM is one of our strategic partners, and we both sell the cloud-based integration platfrom, WebSpan. Today, a top IBM partner is joining the fold to resell WebSpan to its customer base. Middleware Management Partners Corp (MMPC) is a San Diego based firm whose principals have decades of experience with IBM WebSphere technologies and related middleware and integration scenarios.
They offer a comprehensive set of integration solutions and managed services for companies who run an IBM-based WebSphere EAI, ESB, or SOA environment. Now, they are also offering a SaaS alternative for integration with WebSpan – think of it as an ESB in the cloud.
At launch, MMPC will sell targeted WebSpan B2B integration solutions to its customers for eProcurement, Accounts Payable, File Transfer, and other business processes. The companies are also planning joint industry-specific packages for healthcare and other key verticals. Each package comes with the combined managed services of MMPC and Hubspan.
This is all about customer choice and providing a cost-effective, agile solution for companies needing to improve their B2B integration while containing costs and management overhead. This partnership enables companies to quickly deploy multi-enterprise integration solutions and extend legacy infrastructure across the WebSpan B2B cloud.
