Hubspan VP Selected as 2011 Supply & Demand Chain Pro to Know

While there’s no “I” in “team,” sometimes it’s nice to single out individuals who’ve done an exceptional job and made great contributions. We have a few ways of doing that here at Hubspan. One of my personal favorites is our “Hubba Hubba Award” that recognizes outstanding achievements. Often these awards are the result of an employee receiving a glowing accolade from a customer or partner. We also nominate individuals and teams for prestigious industry awards.
This morning, we announced that Ralph Pryor, our VP of Client Services, was selected by Supply & Demand Chain Executive as a 2011 Provider Pro to Know. This is the second year in a row that a Hubspan VP was chosen as a Pro to Know, and Ian Huynh, our VP of Engineering and Operations, who won last year, passed the Pro to Know ‘baton’ to Ralph in a ceremony during last Friday’s company lunch. It’s quite an honor to wear the “Miss Pro to Know” sash.
Ralph and his client services and support team really exemplify Hubspan’s customer-centric culture. When a new customer starts working with Hubspan, they are the main touch point, and handle everything from on-boarding and connectivity, to helping customers extend business processes and work flows across our B2B cloud to customers and partners. Ralph must be both a business leader and a technical expert, and I’ve seen him many times handle the most difficult technical questions and then have a strategic conversation about supply chain management.
Hubspan has consistently achieved a customer retention rate of 98 percent, and this year, our overall customer satisfaction ranking came in at 95% for the second year in a row, with key measurements around overall client services satisfaction in the upper 90’s.
Congratulations to Ralph and his client services team!

When I opened up the Hubspan news letter and see our very own Mr. Ralph Pryor, wearing his crown proudly, my first thought is “how cool.” This really shows how we as a company are young and full of creative character. Forging ahead with our own independent performance solutions and world class customer service.
