Hubspan Executive Team
Trisha Gross – President and Chief Executive Officer
Trisha Gross, President and CEO, joined Hubspan in 2000 as a member of the executive leadership team. An experienced executive with more than 20 years in the technology and service industries, Trisha has a wealth of expertise in ERP and supply chain management, marketing strategy, systems implementation consulting, and client service and support. Throughout her tenure at Hubspan, she has held positions of VP of Client Services, VP of Marketing, and most recently, EVP of Sales, Marketing, and Services.
Before joining Hubspan, Trisha held senior management positions at a number of growth-oriented software and technology companies. At Concur Technologies, the leader in on-demand software for corporate expense management based in Seattle, she was responsible for developing product strategy and launching a hosted e-procurement application designed to bring buyers and sellers together in a seamless web-based trading community. At Lawson Software, a leader in the ERP software market, she held regional management responsibility for professional services and client satisfaction. Earlier in her career, Trisha held management positions at Maytag Corporation, and Pansophic Systems where she implemented ERP systems throughout the U.S. and Europe and managed teams of consultants. In these positions, she acquired experience in manufacturing and service environments and developed an understanding of both the consulting and client-side perspectives. Gross holds a B.S. in engineering from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Andrew Dent – Founder and Chief Technology Officer
A recognized expert in building highly-scalable, transaction-intensive applications, Andrew Dent founded Hubspan in 2000. The company is built on his vision – pursued throughout a career of more than 15 years of technology and business innovation – of improved information exchange among enterprises. At Hubspan, Dent is responsible for architecting a world-class integration platform that delivers significant business value to of Global 2000 enterprises. Before founding Hubspan, Dent held leadership positions at 7Software, Concur Markets and Microsoft Corp. Dent holds a B.E. in computer systems engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia.
Dan Wassel – Vice President of Finance & Administration
A Finance executive with over 20 years of experience, Dan Wassel is responsible for all aspects of Finance and HR including Treasury, Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis, Legal and Risk Mitigation. He has extensive experience in both early-stage and established companies across multiple industries, including software, financial services, retail and hospitality. Before joining Hubspan, Wassel was Director of Business Operations at OpenMarket, and held management positions Qpass, Safeco, and ITT Sheraton, including a stint overseas. Wassel began his career at Arthur Andersen in Boston. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a BS in Accounting from Boston College.
Ian Huynh – Vice President of Engineering and Operations
Ian Huynh is a technology executive with 20 years experience building and maintaining enterprise software. Huynh’s background includes architecting enterprise applications in a variety of industries, including eCommerce, Manufacturing, Insurance, Banking, Telecom and Transportation Systems. Prior to joining Hubspan Huynh served as Software Architect at Concur Technologies and has held technical leadership positions at 7Software and Microsoft Corp. Huynh received a Bachelor of Mathematics/Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
Megan Pulliam – Vice President, Sales
Megan Pulliam manages global sales for all of Hubspan’s revenue-generating teams across direct sales, referral partners and the OEM channel. Megan brings to this role more than 15 years experience in sales, business development, alliance management and marketing. Prior to running sales, Megan was Vice President of Channel for Hubspan, building the company’s first partner relationships and growing channel-driven revenue by 300 percent in two years. Driving revenue growth and partner strategy for cloud-based solutions is an area of deep expertise for Megan having managed fast-growing sales teams for other SaaS companies, including MarketTools, a Web-based market research solution, where she was Vice President of Sales, Business Development, Field Marketing and Alliances. At SafeHarbor Technology, a Web-based customer support solution, Megan managed the IBM partnership and achieved significant increase in partner-driven revenue. She also spent several years managing marketing and sales for IT firms NaviSite, Sybase, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Megan holds a BA in English and Journalism from Miami University and attended Suffolk University Law School.
Tom St. Onge – Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances
Tom St. Onge is responsible for building strategic relationships across Hubspan industry partners and solidifying business development initiatives. St. Onge has 15 years of experience in customer operations, sales management, business development and product marketing. Under his leadership, Hubspan has secured several partnerships, including IBM WebSphere and Visa. Prior to Hubspan, St. Onge held executive posts across sales, business development and marketing for IBM Global Services, SafeHarbor Technology Corp, Honeywell, AlliedSignal and Sundstrand Data Co. St. Onge holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Lance Pilkington – Vice President of Client Services and Support
Lance Pilkington is an authority in directing customer care and service operations with more than 15 years of leadership experience. Pilkington spent many years of his career at Precor,Inc. in the customer care field managing and developing their UK, EMEA and US divisions. Prior to coming to Hubspan, he was the Vice President of Customer Care for Zonar Systems. Pilkington holds a BTEC OND Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from Openshaw Technical College, Manchester, England
