Current Opportunities

Director, Business Development – ERP Software: This position will develop, manage and support Hubspan’s business development activities across OEM/Reseller, referral partnerships and other strategic partnerships. The objective is to make sure Hubspan is integrated into every possible program related to our partnerships and obtaining qualified leads that convert to sales in order to drive adoption and revenue.

Director, Business Development – Financial Services: This position will be responsible for the development of Hubspan’s OEM and referral partners in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in business development selling technology and business solutions to the financial services industry with proven experience in successfully managing long term client relationships.

Inside Sales Representative: Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will work cooperatively with Marketing and Sales to qualify and move leads forward in the opportunity identification (OI) cycle. You will conduct initial prospect inquiries and schedule meetings with prospects for sales, sales seminars, Hubspan Webinars, trade shows or other promotional events.  You will conduct this primarily through phone outreach combined with email communication. The position will work hand-in-hand with the Regional Sales Executive to cultivate opportunities within assigned territories.

Director of Marketing:  The Director of Marketing is responsible for creation and management of Hubspan’s overall marketing plan and associated budget with prioritized focus on creating and implementing partner marketing programs.  This role includes responsibility for corporate and solution messaging, website updates/management, limited AR/PR, content development, solution packaging and pricing.

Marketing Programs Manager:  The Marketing Programs Manager will manage end-to-end marketing programs for Hubspan’s channel partners, working closely with the business development, sales and marketing teams. In addition to creating and implementing overall partner marketing programs, this role focuses on lead generation campaigns for our joint solutions with partners.  The primarily objective is to make sure Hubspan is integrated into every possible program and event related to our partnerships and obtaining qualified leads that convert to sales.

Help Desk/Systems Administrator: Perform the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of networks and computer systems with MS windows and Linux OSs.  Set up user accounts, run backups, provide technical support and troubleshoot problems.  May perform some programming and may be responsible for light script writing for both OSs.  Position will work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.

QA Engineer: The successful candidate will test software projects from design to release using manual and automated processes. He/She will also work with support and development teams to troubleshoot production issues and write test plans and test cases.
